The 4th Round of the Euro Touring Series 08/09 took place from May 29th-31st, 2009 at Apeldoorn, near Amsterdam. Tamiya Racing Factory drivers were again dominant in the Modified Class with their TRF416WE machines, with native Dutch driver Jilles Groskamp following up his top qualifier performance by taking 1st place in the first two A-Main heats to take the win. Marc Rheinard and young driver Yannic Pruemper finished in 2nd and 3rd place respectively to complete yet another all-Tamiya podium.

101 drivers participated in this round at the long-awaited out-door circuit. Jilles' times were consistent during Modified Class qualifying, winning one round and taking 2nd twice to claim the top qualifying position. The top times for the other rounds were taken by Marc, Yannic, Andy Moore (Hot Bodies), and Steve Graversen (Kyosho). Marc had two second place finishes to give him the 2nd place qualifying position while Yannic's performance gave him 4th place.

During the finals, Jilles was the epitome of speed as he quickly won both the 1st and 2nd A-Main heats to claim the round. Marc went on to win the 3rd A-Main heat to claim 2nd while Yannic had one 2nd place and one 3rd place finish to give him the final podium spot. Another splendid 1-2-3 for Tamiya's TRF416WE!
