This exciting new prototype will be featured in the May issues of Japanese R/C enthusiast magazines RC Magazine and RC World (both on sale in early April). Although it is still undergoing development and the specifications have not been finalized, here is a brief glimpse of the machine.

After capturing the TQ posistion through 3 rounds, Adam Drake was set to capture his 2nd Truggy Psycho Nitro Blast title. At the start of the 1 hour main event it was hot and heavy pure Psycho Style as the field took of and hammered through the straight jacket section with Drake, Truhe and Lutz freight-training. Through the Delirium section it remained the same order but through shock therapy (woops) Lutz took over the second spot and set his sights on Drake. The second lap saw Lutz make a bold move for the lead that ended up with a piggy back on the drake. Lutz quickly regained control and eventually took over the lead. Lutz never looked back ........ Ricky Rodriquez was on fire, by the end of Silverstate 2010. Ricky qualified for the C-Main, but was able to bump himself from C to B, then to last place in the A-Main. From their he was able to get the R/C Gods on his side as he took the race in 1st place! Read More |

Rheinard Extends Championship Lead |

Starting from pole, Rheinard was the class of the field in the final race, quickly establishing a comfortable buffer, but the German almost threw it away. Three corners from the finish line he flipped his Speedpassion powered Tamiya, losing 2.5 seconds, but luckily for the two time World Champion his lead was big enough that he could still take the win. The big battle of the race was for second between last year’s winner Yannic Prumper and Leg 1 winner Viktor Wilck. Having struggled all weekend, Prumper moved his shocks to a lower position, but it was a case of too little too late. Starting fourth on the grid, he found a way passed Steven Weiss and eventually got ahead of Wilck for second, lifting him to fourth overall. Expecting to really push Rheinard for the win, Wilck fitted a fresh rear diff to his TRF416 X for the final race but a slip cost him any chance of closing the standings deficit which has now grown to 5 points.
